Joanna Buchalska is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Law at Kozminski University. She also holds the position of full member of the Studies & Analysis Department in the Civil Law Chamber of the Supreme Court of Poland.
She is the author and co-author of articles and books mostly on IP law, including her two recent books.
She is one of the authors of the webpage on Polish Private Law founded by the Polish Academy of Sciences. Joanna was also a scholarship holder at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and a trainee at the EUIPO. She is a barrister.
